FCCC Golf News:  Congratulations to Mike Clark for winning the Missouri-Illinois Amateur Players Tour Championship this past weekend!  Mike finished birdie-birdie to win it all!

Conditions:  On Tuesday, nine golfers played on beautiful day, 79-85 degrees, 4-6 mph winds, 35% humidity, dry fairways and slow sandy & aerated greens.

Team Winners:  Hall, Johnson & Miller swept the front (+1), back (+2) and total (+3).

Individual Winners:  Hall & Moosman tied the front (+1).  Clark ran it up on the back (+5) and won the total (+3).

Closest to the Holes:  Coleman won #5 and Clark snuggled #11.

Thursday, September 5th: Johnson Steals the Day (+4), 73 !!!

FCCC Golf News:  The USGA had representatives on our course Wednesday morning of this week (9/4). The crew shot yardages from the black tees and then measured the greens and bunkers. They will return in a couple weeks for a thorough measure from all tee boxes and plan to play the course to validate the difficulty, etc. Then we’ll get the rating of our course and perhaps some handicap changes.
