As with the touring pros, the onslaught of FCCC by the Oldtimers has revealed a glaring distance issue. This was brought to a head when Ed suggested mining the area left if #10 cartpath. After a rabid discussion Thursday a super majority agreed to require the use of a flight restricted ball in official Oldtimers play effective May 1st. Only players who have not purchased new clubs in the last 25 years(Leroy and Rich) or balls(Dave D and Rich) will be excluded from this requirement.
