Five stalwarts and one new guy made up the field today. The Krakow Oldtimers welcomed Joe Gildehaus to the fold. Unfortunately for Joe, he drew C. Voss and Dister, who couldn't cut the cheese today ... relative to the victorious team of Hall, Harrison and Moosmann. The latter prevailed with an outstanding +4, +6, +10. These numbers obliterated the efforts of Gildehaus, C. Voss and Dister who limped in with a +3, +3, +6. Second best in a 2-horse-race.
Individually Dennis Harrison shot an outstanding +4, +4, +8 today. Dennis wins the front, ties the back with Dister and easily waltzes off with the 18-hole total.
A bit of business if I may. It's my understanding that most of the field has been playing a ball hitting the stick and coming to rest "inside-the-leather" as having been holed. We should all be playing the same rule, so henceforth, until the little foam donut has been removed from the hole, a ball that hits the stick and comes to rest "inside the leather" shall be declared holed out.
Gildehaus +2 to 26. Harrison +1 to 23. Moosmann +1 to 26.
