A few words from the Acting Commish

 Jim Eichelberger, Josh Zastrow and Ryan Eckelkamp have thrown their hats in the ring, put their names on the ballot and have agreed to run for our Board of Directors.  Voting these three gentlemen to our Board would go a long way towards elevating golf and our course to the top of the list in what's important to us ... and to our club.  These three golfers/businessmen would add our voices to the club's agenda.  Please tout them to your friends and neighbors who are voting members of our club.  The election will be extremely close, and we need every vote we can get.

We were remiss in omitting our Commissioner's name to the contingent that represented us to our Board this past Monday.  Thank you, Dave Loyd.  Your presence demonstrated solidarity and a strong belief in the importance of restoring the health of our course.  We are looking forward to your return to Oldtimers.  It just isn't the same without you.

For the first time in recent history there are absolutely no changes to any quotas.  That has to be a sigh of relief to Bob Coleman who was +8.  He's 1/10th of a point away from having a quota at even par once again.  Bob has been playing outstanding golf on very questionable putting surfaces.
